The HIV Accessory and Regulatory Complexes (HARC) Center, an interdisciplinary research center aimed at creating a comprehensive structural picture of interactions between HIV viral proteins and intracellular host molecules at early stages in the viral lifecycle. The Center for Systems and Synthetic Biology, an NIGMS national systems biology center. The Host Pathogen Circuitry (HPC) Program, a consortium of researchers at UCSF, formed to develop an integrative experimental and computational platform for mapping complex biological networks involving host-pathogen relationships at the molecular level. Unit affiliationsThe Krogan Lab is part of the Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology in the School of Medicine at UCSF, as well as the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences at UCSF. Dr. Krogan is also affiliated faculty at the Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Gladstone Institute of Virology and Immunology. He is further affiliated with the Integrative Program in Quantitative Biology and the Graduate Program in Chemistry and Chemical Biology. |
